SC Capital Partners and THi Holding Management Corp, both based in Singapore and Shanghai respectively, have recently acquired industrial land in China’s Suzhou Industrial Park. The rectangular plot measuring over 50,000 sq m (538,196 sq ft) will house a Grade-A industrial facility boasting 103,000 sq m (1.1 million sq ft) of net lettable area with rooftop solar panels.
Zero Point, an electric vehicle battery pack company, has been confirmed as the anchor tenant for the project.
