Two parked cars, both blocking the fire hydrant.  Not only is this illegal, but it's just
plain stupid.  Notice that both vehicles are Saturns.  Should anything be read into
that?  Probably not, but I'll let you judge for yourself.  I will, however, say this: had
the fire department needed to use that fire hydrant, I don't think the dent-resistant
body panels that Saturns are so famous for would have done much good against a
firefighter's axe!  Thanks go to Bob Coons for sending me this picture.
