This month's 'Tard of the Month comes to us by way of Australian police photo radar.
The story behind the picture (no pun intended) is that the occupants of the vehicle came
upon the radar unit and decided to pull over, remove the license plate, and then speed past
the camera with the passenger mooning the cops.  (Don't forget that in Australia, the driver
sits on the right side of the vehicle, so that's not the driver mooning the camera.)  Special
