This month, I salute all you folks who drive around in the rain without turning on your head
and tail lights.  I know, I know -- being visible to other drivers is highly overrated, right?

The genius behind the wheel of this car thought he could dart past a line of traffic by driving
through a lane that had been closed due to utilities work.  It's nice to see someone get what
s/he deserves every now and then, isn't it?  A word to the wise: "Road Closed" does not mean
the same thing as "Express Lane."
