A friend of mine spotted this twit parked illegally in a handicap spot, so he snapped
this picture and sent it to me, and I put it up in my Handicap Parking Violators section.
So what makes this Tard special enough to be Tard of the Month?  Well, it turns out
that this wasn't a one time thing for this jerk.  S/he's a habitual offender.  And to prove
this fact, my friend printed out the web page from my site showing his/her car, and left
it on the moron's windshield:

Now, nobody has ever accused me of being an optimist, but I honestly figured that the
owner of this vehicle would have gotten a clue after finding out that his/her transgression
had been documented on the internet for all the world to see.  I guess I'm just naïve:

The idiot is now parking in the area adjacent to the parking spot -- the area that has lines
going across it to indicate that it is not a parking spot.  The whole point of a handicap
spot is that there is extra room so that handicapped individuals have enough space to use
a wheelchair if necessary.  By parking where s/he did, the handicap spot is no wider than
a normal spot, thereby rendering it absolutely USELESS.  Some people just don't get it!
