This section is devoted to the miscellaneous everyday annoyances that make driving in
Atlanta so much fun. It includes, among other things, pictures of seemingly minor things
that, in Atlanta, can bring traffic to a grinding halt due to "rubbernecking." For those of you
who aren't familiar with the term, "rubbernecking" refers to the habit of slowing down to gawk
at accidents and anything else going on at the side of the road. In any case, rubbernecking
is something we've all done at one time or another (some of us being worse than others), so
I figure what the heck, let's give people things to gawk at over the net! Enjoy!
