Texas Driver Education Course from TARD

The Atlanta Roadways Digest (TARD) is a satirical look at driving in Atlanta. All of the photos and video footage on this site are real-life, unrehearsed snapshots of Metro-Atlantans (and visitors to this great city) at their driving worst. When you are looking to complete your full driving license, the intermediate driver’s license becomes an integral part of the picture. The license allows you to drive freely and become more responsible as a driver. You also learn how to keep other drivers safe and how to protect your driving privileges.

  • You should be 16 years of age
  • You should have completed the driver education course approved by Texas
  • You should have acquired a 1 year instruction permit and should have a faultless driving record for 6 consecutive months, before you can apply for the intermediate license.
  • You should have a written consent by your guardian or parent by completing the Parent’s/Guardian’s Written Consent Form or by visiting the driving license issuance site in person.
